FREE DELIVERY APPLIES TO UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES ONLY, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CERTAIN HIGHLAND AREAS, AT DHL'S DISCRETION. THESE AREAS WILL BE CHARGED AT COST FOR A TWO-DAY DELIVERY.
MISSED DELIVERIES
IF YOUR ORDER IS BEING DELIVERED BY DHL PARCEL, WE'LL PROVIDE YOU WITH A TRACKING NUMBER ONCE DISPATCHED, AND YOU WILL GET EMAIL WITH A DELIVERY SLOT ON THE MORNING OF THE DELIVERY.

IF A DELIVERY IS MISSED, THE DRIVER WILL LEAVE A CARD STATING WHERE YOUR PARCEL IS - THIS COULD BE IN A SAFE PLACE, WITH A NEIGHBOUR, IN THE VAN FOR REDELIVERY THE NEXT WORKING DAY OR AT THE DEPOT TO COLLECT.​

INCORRECT ADDRESS
IF YOUR ADDRESS IS ENTRED INCORRECTLY, IF NOTIFIED BEFORE DELIVERY, WE CAN CHANGE THIS AT NO EXTRA COST. ONCE DELIVERY HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED, A CHARGE MAY BE APPLICABLE, AT THE DISCRETION OF DHL .

RETURNS
ALL GOODS ARE PRINTED TO ORDER AND ARE THEREFORE BESPOKE, SO RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNLESS DAMAGED OR FAULTY. ORDERING INCORRECT SIZED CLOTHING IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR RETURNING - IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT ABOUT ANY GARMENT SIZING, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL ASSIST YOU PRIOR TO ORDERING.

DEFLECTIVE/ DAMAGED GOODS
IF YOU NOTICE THAT THE PACKAGING ON YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL, PLEASE ASK YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER TO SIGN FOR THE GOODS AS DAMAGED. THIS DOCUMENTS THE DAMAGE WITH DHL AND SPEEDS UP THE REPLACEMENT PROCESS IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED.

TO ARRANGE REPLACEMENT, PLEASE EMAIL US WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT. PLEASE NOTE, THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OF CLAIMING AND IN ITS ORIGINAL OR SUITABLE PACKAGING. IF THE RETURNED ITEM IS CONFIRMED DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED, WE WILL REPLACE THE ITEM FOR YOU. IF THE REPLACEMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE, WE WILL ISSUE A REPLACED ITEM IF YOU AGREE, OR REFUND THE FULL NUMBER OF ITEMS. PLEASE NOTE, A FULL REFUND IS NOT ISSUED WHEN PERSONAL DEFLECTIVE DAMAGE IS CAUSED, AND THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE REFUND OF ANY PRODUCTS WHERE WE SUSPECT DAMAGE HAS BEEN PURPOSELY CAUSED.
